  We signed a lease and deeply regret it. Pros: spiral staircase is neat, finishes in kitchen nice Cons: Huge walks from parking lot to apartment, which they do not maintain in winter. The tow cars in the parking lot when needing to plow, yet there are huge patches of ice left everywhere. We just had an ice storm and no sidewalks were cleared, nor the parking lot. They simply left buckets of salt by the doors. There is literally NO insulation in the walls, which means you hear absolutely everything. I can hear my neighbors' conversations as I write this review THROUGH A BABY MONITOR. Granted we also have super loud neighbors, but even when they aren't being loud, you can hear things like them flipping a light switch. I emailed the apartment about the noise, and received absolutely no response. You hear your neighbors; you hear everyone who walks by in the hallway. The pipes coming down in the units are actually drain pipes, which was not disclosed to us upon moving in. They make a ton of noise and they puddle from the condensation. The office closes at 5, so if you need to pick up packages, you have to be home before then. The construction is horrible, even the smallest things weren't done correctly, like the light switch covers are crooked, but also our spiral staircase wobbles if you step in certain points. Your electric bill will be ridiculous in winter as these apartments are very inefficient. Ours was $200 for the month of November.
